Wheel question
I am fairly new to this whole aftermarket wheel world and I have a couple of questions about some wheels I am looking at.
I have an IS350 with the sport package coming (18 x 8.0-in alloy wheels with 225/40YR18 tires front, 18 x 8.5-in alloy wheels with 255/40YR18 tires rear) in a few weeks. I saw some EXE KonKave wheels that I really like. The size of the wheels are 5X114 19X8.5 ET37 in the front and 19X9.5 ET43 in the rear.
I have searched the forum and there were a couple of mentions of the wheel, but I got a little confused by all the offsets, hub centrics, etc being thrown around. I would really like a wheel/tire combo that does not rub, is about the same diameter as stock (don't want to throw off the spedo), and rides reasonably well.
Questions are:
1. Any opinions on the quality of these wheels?
2. The ET above represents the offset of the wheel correct?
3. With the size mentioned above, will these bolt directly on with no spacers, etc or will I need accessories?
4. Am I correct in thinking that to keep about the stock diameter I would get 235/35 front and 275/35 rear?
Any help/opinions you wheel experts can provide will be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
