for those of you that did a 19" or 20" wheel did you have to put spacers for the front wheel like a 1/8" spacer so that the wheel would fit? I was told that I would have to put spacers for most wheels because of the huge calipers. can any one help.
guys.... offset is not the problem. in fact it has little to do with brake calipers clearance. disk type is the biggest problem here. when you get wheels for is350 or cars with bbk, you need wheels that's HIGH DISK in the front, so the spoke design curves out more to clear the brakes. and then the offset might help a bit and give the final touch.
imho using spacers to clear the calipers that's not the right thing to do
spacers and adaptors are unversal products, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, etc... there is no model specific types. you just need the right bore and pattern. for lexus the bore is 60.1mm and pattern is 5x114.3. that's all the info you need
