Air bubbles between tire and rim
A week ago I was spraying tire dressing on my tires and I noticed on one of the tires, where the rubber meets the wheel, the liquid was bubbling as if there was an air leak. I haven't noticed this before and there doesn't seem to be a drop in air pressure in the tire. What exactly does that mean?

Your tire is leaking air( slow leak), but not low enough to set the TPWS waring light to come on. You may need to set your tire pressure at about 35 PSI cold, but some people may do it at 40 psi which is fine. The air in your tire is the only space that seperate the tire from the wheel. If you hit a pot hole it will collapes and destroy the sidewall causing the bubble, sometimes it may cause the bent wheel.

Definitely a slow leak. Keep an eye on it. Take the wheel and tire to a reputable shop to check for bends or cracks, and if the wheel and tire is ok, just have them dismount it and remount it. All you need is to lubricate the bead well enough and pump enough air into the wheel and tire to "pop" the tire onto the wheel seating. Very dangerous if you don't keep an eye out as low profile tires sometime are hard to see a flat and you end up "burning" the tire. Definitely have it checked out ASAP.

I had this problem with my 2000 GS.The chrome was deteriorated around the rims bead seat,Lexus replaced all four wheels. You don't seem to have chrome wheels so thats not the problem.Having the tire unseated and cleaned and inspected around the bead and rims seat then remounted should fix the leak ,if the rim's not damaged.
