Default brakes

I took my 95sc in to have the brakes checked and was told the problem was that when the pads were changed the hardware was not put back on. Does this sound right to anyone? Hardware for brakes?

umm, i believe there is a metal wire spring to clip the two pads together, if that's done right i think everything else is pretty self explanatory?

what's wrong with your brakes?
