Default A little tire help

hey im about to put 20x8.5 on the front and 20x10 in the rear on my 2002 lexus sc430 and i want to know could i fit 285/25/20 with no problem on the rear? The guy at the tire place is saying theres no way it will fit but im hearing different everywhere. so basically could i fit this rim and tire with no spacers and have no problem with rubbing?

285/25/20 is no problem at all with rubbing as long as you have a reasonable offset.

correct, offset is the key. 285 on the 10 for the sc430 is no problem, it's NOTHING, as long as you have the right offset
