Sadly it did start in FL and go up the east coast a little bit now considered a dirty south way of modding. I really don't want to go into what i've seen lets just say that one of the most famous ones down here is called the "Monte-cut"

OK get this, and only in FL do you see some ish like this, they took a Half Monte Carlo and half of a Cutless and put them together, I guess it has a monte front on a cutless or something like that hence the name "Monte-Cut" LOL...LOL its greeen with 28's now, lime green..with Yellow interior. I'm sure some of you have seen online somewhere. I'm trying to find pics...
