I just ordered Monday a set of tires for my gf's VW Jetta 1.8T and they showed up the very next day! I'll def be ordering from Tire Rack again in the future when it comes time to replace the IS350 tires. Hopefully soon, because I really don't like the stock Dunlop Sport Maxx tires.

Amen....No Doubt about TireRack. I ordered my Mich. Pilot sport A/S and they arrived the next day to my local shop. Customer service is responsive and they provided tracking info. for you if you ask. great service at resonable prices.

I ordered brakes from tire rack twice. Both times which I chose 3-day shipping, but it came in 2-days. I'm in california and the brakes were shipped from indiana

I've ordered wheel and tires from them twice and they are indeed great at shipping out quickly. Also, I believe their customer service is outstanding.
The last time I received a shipment from them, one of the wheels had a defect. I spoke to customer service and they shipped a replacement rim and tire out overnight. I didn't even have to wait for the defective rim to get picked up first. I'm willing to bet there are very few companies who will
ship a replacement item before getting the defective item back. When it's time to buy again, tire rack is my choice.
