Default Will 20x8.5 ET 31 and 20x10 ET 41 work on my 01' GS?

I am thinking of buying this staggered wheel set up as per the Rim place (online) advised me would work, and am curious if this is similar to what any of you guys have with no rubbing issues, I have stock suspension but coilovers should follow.

Also what tire setup should I go with, with 20x8.5 ET 35 and 20x10 ET 41. Any assistance is really appreciated as my stock chrome 17's are complete crap and need to come off asap.

If this set up will not work I am going to probably have to choose something with 20 x 8.5 all the way around, and curious what offset that should be with 8.5 all the way around.

Thanks....................................

What is the front offset? The rear at 41 should be close. You might be able to get away with no fender mod.

It all comes down to tire and alignment as x10 +41 is right there. Variations in the current state of the alignment and tire size/manufacturer selection will affect rubbing possibilities. Even if it rubs, though, it will be minor.

that setup should work no problem. like neo said, make sure you get good tire selection, especially for the back. you want something that stretches a bit. my recent two sets of tires, michelin pilot sport a/s and perelli pzero nero are both very square, they are definitley not friendly when it comes to rubbing

Default Tire Sizes

For the above setup that I discussed,(after my research) I found this is probably the correct tire size setup I should go with 245/35/20 and 275/30/20, is that correct, and should I be alright in regards to rubbing? Cause from what I have seen if I go 265 in the rear it may stretch the tire too much and leave the lip sticking out( I don't like that look at all). I probably going with the Nitto 555, as I am trying to keep my budget down, and I that sidewall is not too square. Man I had 275's on my wanna be race car but never thought I would be putting such a fat setup on my luxury ride, but it's gonna look damn good if it works. thanks guys

Maybe a thought....i have 235/35/20 up front....It looks very nice cuz it match up pretty well with the angle on the rear....Just a suggestion if you want to run those sizes.....D2 turn me on to 'em

if you don't like stretch look, go with 245 and 275 is fine. some people like 235 in the front to match 275 in the back. i am fine either way
