Default Center cap fabrication/fitment

I have a set of 18" Work S1C Termist wheels with no center caps, now I know they never came with them to begin with but I have had ZERO luck with findign caps that would fit into place and clear the bolt in the back... Anybody know of a way to get soem fabricated or possibly some that would fit? the bolt int he rear sticks out about 3/4" and I HATE it! Any info would be great Thanks all!
