I got brand new crossed drilled that had to be turned because they vibrated...make sure that they put everything together right and installed the shims and anti vib plates.

Provided all the hardware is sound, it appears to be warped rotors. Dropping rotors will not cause this. I have dropped a great many in my life-more than I would like to be known for and never encountered an issue. Most recommend turning even when brand new for best results. I received a set of warped new rotors in the past as well. Simple turning resolved the issue.

my question is why are you getting cross drilled rotors???
back in my track days (I really should get back into it), we found cross drilled rotors to not help at all, and have actually seen people break them on the track, leaving cars at 100+ mph with little to no brakes at all... I did, however, like slotted rotors for street use only... the slots keeps the brake pad fresh and clean, but I would never recommend drilled rotors unless they are like the rotors that come on high end cars, with the holes cast into the metal

Thats BS. They actually wear less due to less surface material. I owned my own lathe and turned several thousand rotors. No difference on wear whether it hits the normal wear patterns of a rotor or slotts/holes. Find someone else I suppose. Too bad you are not local.
