is,nt it strange how when the **** hits the fan David @ GT seems to go all quiet,im still waiting for the centre caps that he posted two weeks ago for wheels that i ordered in may and got in september,and as for the refund ....LOL,IM GETTING REALLY PISSED WITH THE MAN,IM JUST GONNA GO BACK TO THE COPS.................................

Guys...if you had problems with the vendor, how come didn't you post your expirences on here before? I mean its very common on the forums that if a company ****s up (And GT Autosports did) there are suddenly tonns of people who had bad expirence with it and never posted? Can I say bandwagon?

ahhh your dealings with SKR was prior to them openin up the new shop in NJ and having new partners involved.. It is no longer just dale, Dale is back in JP. and all of the US dealings are with Mark,Tony and Elliot, and I help out also where I can.

This is not the same SKR as before... you might be suprised with what you find now...
so please dont blacklist us pr write us off as of yet... we are new and impoved... but I understand how you feel and the bad tasted you can get from dealin with bad situations prior... beleive me I know..I have been there.....

recieved an email from Dave today after mentioning that i know about Tinygs's problem and that he shold pay more attention to customer care,etc etc

after initialy saying that he had sent the caps for the wheels ...............now he has to wait for a new shippment fron Volk..............(FFS)

And there is nothing to credit me with,because the extra 7% that i paid for quick delivery,was reimbursed by GT Autosport paying the shipping from the US to Europe

does this man not belive in customer satisfaction/care

i hope that ppl make others aware of the shabby service that this company provides....................and NEVER order anything from them.

As of today, Tue. 11-6-01, no response to my last email sent 11-1-01. Also, no phone call to attempt to reach a resolution or to discuss compensation since the day I received the damaged wheels back on 10-26-01.....Looks like I will just await re-credit via my CC company and start the wheel order over form scratch...
