I use 80lbs, the guys book at the local tire store says 85lbs
76-85 Neither will hurt. Just use good quality lugs, and re-torque them after driving it once and heating up the brakes. Re-torque to 80lbs after it cools off.
Make sure your lugs cone angle matches your wheel exactly. Improper cone angle is the biggest culprit of loosening lugs.
Can't be to carful when dealing with aftermarket wheels.

I do 80lbs on all toyotas. Besides, most torque wrenches at your local tire shop arent that accurate anyway because they always get dropped. A little over torque wont hurt it at all unless you go like 10 or 20 lbs over.

That is correct. Never ever ever everrrr use factory lug nuts on any aftermarket wheel even though it may look like it will fit. Trust me, it wont. I see it all the time at my work place. Not only will it ruin the stud bore on the wheel but it can also loosen up and well, you know the rest.
