my brakes are worn out.. i need to get them changed.. is it easy to change the rotors?... and what types of tools will i need?.. are the rotors on ebay any good?... im a very poor college student and.. cant really afford much... btw.. i have a 1990 ls400 ... can someone please help me answer these questions.. i need to change them quickly..
