Default Dealer has to program 2nd set of tpms to my car?

I am changing over from my summer wheels and tires to my winter setup(just bought 17inch fact wheels, winter tires, and tpm sensors). My question is does the dealer have to program these sensors to my car? I know there is a 2nd setup option using the sat/button on dash-just below steering wheel on the left. Can I do this myself and save some money? Anyone with past experience or knowledge of this please help!

yes, the dealer will have to program them... you will need all the numbers off the back of each sensor and their location if the dealer is not installing them for you...
