That looks very much like an AMG merceds wheel here in Europe.

For Mercedes they make those wheels up to 20" from the factory.

OZ Opera's look close
OZ Opera Rims look very similar to those, without being too mercedes looking.

As a matter of fact...
I'm pretty sure that OZ made the OEM Coach Edition wheels as well, for Lexus.
