20x9 rim in front....245/30/20 or 255/30/20
Is there any advantage at all in buying 255/30/20 over a 245/30/20...or will they basically be the same.

If you don't know what the variable in your tire size means, then how are you suppose to make a decision on which is best for YOU? Hopefully the 20" wheel you pick will have the correct offset and not decapitate the fender. I'd run a 245/35/20 IF you get the correct offset.

Exactly my point. I didn't say I didn't know the difference, I simply asked if there was an advantage. You said you would run a 245...why? There has to be a reason.

Ok, I'll answer the question. The advantage of going with the 255mm tire would be the extra rubbing. That being said... if you want to rub more, get a 255, if you want it to look better and rub less, go with the 245.
