Default Will these offsets look bad on the gs

20 in the front and rear.

It depends what your definitio of "bad" is. It will not fit on the GS without some work.

dont waste your time insomniac... get some rims that fit the way they are supposed to.

The front will need to be rolled and maybe a pull, how low are you planning on going?

you can get rims that dont require all of that work when lowering. trimming or rolling is one thing, but pulling isnt something I have seen too many people around here do.

You will need to roll/shave/pull the fenders. Those are aggressive offsets for the GS. It all depends on what your doing. Are you dropping the car?
