Are there good tires I can get that have my recommendations around $400 to $600max

Are there? Maybe. Do I know of them? No.

I am not a tire expert, in terms of knowing all the specs and reviews of all the tires out there. When I went to 18s and then 20s, I already accepted the fact that with it comes the expense of more costly tires. The Falkens and Nittos are priced fair and definitely lower than Michelins. They are still a bit above your max, though.
