Default QUIET and SMOOTH tire PREFERENCES?!?!?

I am looking to get 245/35/19 front tires and 275/30/19 rear tires.

My question is what would be considered quiet and smooth with out spending an arm and leg for them.

I am not considering the fat setup because it may hurt me in the long run, I will sacrifice a little look for trouble.

I understand that the fat setup will ride better but problems is not what i want (DIPS, DRIVEWAYS, ETC.)

Which tire do you PREFER??

Hey nanotech,

I bought a set of 20's a while ago and they came with Falken’s AZENIS ST115s and I love these tires.
1) They stick like to other in dry and wet situations
2) They are designed to be super quiet and when some people sit in my car they cant believe how quiet it is for 20's
3) When I bought the rims the tires had 50% tread left and I have driven 8k miles since and they still have meat let on them.

let me give you another scenario; my friend has a gs 400 and one rainy day just to compare our tires we lined up next to each other and both with traction off did a few runs, these tires out performed my greatest expectations, as long as I didn’t go WOT, the tires gripped and smoothly got me up to speed. Now I wish I could say the same about my friends toyo's

Here’s a website that has other reviews…

Falken FK452. My GS is running FK452, nice quiet tires. It used to run ST115, very quiet, but didnt last long (about 15k miles)

Falken ST115 is hard to find now, probably discontinued and replaced by FK452.

I recommend the Bridgestone RE960 A/S or the Michelin PS A/S.
