Hey all,
I just bought some Hankook Ventus H105 in 225/35/20 and they are mounted on my 20x9 wheels in the front. Since the sidewall is so short, I thought I'd make the tires stiffer to help aid (if any) in protecting my wheels. I have them set at 42 PSI (cold). The max on the tire is 50 PSI. Is the PSI too high? Or would it just affect ride quality? I was thinking of deflating down to 38 PSI, but it may be too soft. I don't know if that 4 PSI difference even really matters. Hopefully, some of you VIP guys can chime in.
