16s are 7.5. 17s are 8.

IS 17s that look similar to GS 5 spoke 17s are 7.5.

Does anyone have a picture from this viewpoint, but with the spacer and wheel on the vehicle? I would like to see what the spacer looks like when it is placed inbetween the rotor and wheel. I have 5 spoke 17"s and I'm concerned if it will look strange with the silver painted spacer sandwiched between the rotor and wheel.

If let's say I put 25mm spacers on my rear, would I have to roll my fenders also? When I go over bumps what if the tire would rub/hit the fender or wheel well whatever it's called. My ride height is stock and the shocks and springs are all stock.

I tried to install the 25mm spacer today. The stock studs are longer then 25mm, so I was stuck. Kinda suspicious when I first saw the spacers because the studs that come with them are also longer than the spacers (and stick out longer then the stock studs as well).

So if I cut the original ones to fit in the spacers, I may have to cut the ones (studs) that come with the spacers ... simply because they can be a little too long for the stock bolts.

Hope I make some sense

I wonder why you guys here didn't have any installation issues.

You are not making sense, you simply bolt the spacer onto the stock studs using the included hardware then bolt the wheel onto the spacer using the longer studs installed in the spacer.

I did exactly the same way shown in the picture. The studs are about 2mm-4mm longer (so not very noticeable, so if you bolt the spacer in, it still seems ok, but won't be safe). Les swchab could replace the stock studs with longer ones when they put on the custom wheels???

If you guys happen to take off your wheels, please measure the stud length (how far they stick out).

You'd still be fine with the spacers.

Yea, there are absolutely no installation issues. Just bolt it up and you are done.

You will not have any rubbing. My car is lowered and I don't have any problems. I am deffinatelly getting the fronts though. I am thinking 10mm. What do you guys suggest.

You can see from the same pic that the new studs are longer than the spacers they come with. Not sure why the manufacture makes the spacer studs longer than 25mm (as seen in the pic) if they intended to make them work just like the stock ones ...

If studs are actually longer than the spacers, the studs may break (in) the wheels (causing it to crack) with strong perpendicular force.

It looks phat. Right away you notice that the rear looks mean. With the wheels closer to the edje of the fender. The only problem I have is that I didn't do the fronts. If you look at the entire car from the side, it looks like the front is lowered and the rear is not. (My whole car is lowered). It just looks like this because the rears are nearly flush with the fender. I will get you some pics. I like it, just need to do the front. Doing the rear by itself with 25mm spacer makes the car look whack.

Is anyone running a 245-40-17 or 255-40-17 on the stock 17x8 2gs wheels? Will this wheel/tire set up rub at all with 15mm spacers on the front and 25mm spacers on the rear? I am lowered on s-techs and kyb's too(about 1.5"). Thanks!
