Believe 35mm front and 42mm rear.

you dont have to pull the fender, just shaved/cut. those offsets are not that extreme. i had 19x10 +15 in the rear of my GS. whats 2mm more. i still had room for a couple of more mm before it hit. but i strongly suggest a stretched tire in the rear. but i think that 245 will be just fine.
