Default OK - Staggered but 18" fronts, 19" rear?

Has anyone had any experience running a smaller wheel in front and a larger wheel in the back on any Lexus?

I'm on an NSX board and they all have these diff wheel setups - pretty freakin cool.

it won't look right on our cars, but if you're seriously experiencing super oversteering, that's a very good solution.

Mitsuguy, a really sharp member on the SC forums, runs this set up. Reviews are mixed. I think I would have difficulty saying one way or another until I saw it up close and personal. Here is his sig photo:

Correct me if I am wrong here, but an NSX comes stock with different sized wheels. I believe some Vette models and a ton of the exotics come that way as well.

All in all, Lexus styling is classical and, in some ways, pedestrian. I am not sure if the "true" staggered fitment would look better than conventional staggered fitment on any models.

I agree, there was also a GS member that did this setup a LONG time ago (18fr / 19rr). My personal rule is staggered diameters on vehicles originally equipped that way (NSX, Vette, Prowler, etc etc)
