I'd look into some custom wheel manufacturers that offer a different variety of finishes and finish options like DPE and HRE.

I was curious to see how a wheel like that would look so I photoshopped my brother's wheels
Hmmm...not too sure if I like it or not...although, I think it would work well on a darker car with gold emblems.

Not feelin the gold lip. Maybe it would look better with just the outer edge of the lip in gold, the wheel face black and the rest of the lip black chrome

What rims were those in the first place, and would it be possible to get it painted to a good gold like that of emblems?

They are WORK VS-XX. Not sure if they offer gold lips or not, but I do know they offer different finishes for the centers.

Iforged may have something like that. They are expanding into colored lips on their wheels. Those look good, like you said on a dark colored car with gold emblems.

I guess actual reading isn't in your repertoire. Seize plainly said that he PHOTOSHOPPED his brothers wheels.
