Wink 18x11 Fronts 18x13 Rear - TIRE SIZE?

Alright I am doing something out of the ordinary to my 92 SC300. But having a issue figuring out what tire size to run.

Heres the dilema.

Its gonna be driven not every single day but alot more then usual. I want the tires to have a stretched look but not enough my Lip will bend every which way.

That's a tough one... the selection of 18" tire sizes is not increasing,
as 18" is quickly loosing popularity.

I guess you could go with Porsche-ish sizes:
F 265/35-18
R 295/30-18

The rears will be fairly stretched!

A 315/30-18 would be a good choice
if you have the clearance for it.

Well trying not to really go wide body. If so something a little mild nothing that is gonna change the body lines too drastic. Well the rims are suppose to be coming monday so gonna try 295.30.18 on the rears.

What offset on the rims? I don't think that even a super tame offset that a 13" wide rim will fit a stock body. Actually, I would bet they wont fit even with a fender pull.

I had 295/30-19's on my 19x9.5's with +35 offset wheels... rolled fenders and all and they still rubbed any time the suspension compressed or anyone sat in the back... your 295/30-18's are going to sit about two full inches outside of where mine were, and thats assuming you are running a +35 offset wheel... I'm 99% sure a 13" wide wheel won't clear suspension with a +35 offset, so you are probably looking at closer to a +10 or 0 offset, meaning that your wheels may sit a full 3" or better out from where mine are... mine are considered a "safe flush"

Good luck...

If you don't plan on going widebody, I would listen to Mitsuguy. He is a wheel/tire guru.

You can have the "ghetto" look where the wheels/tires stick out of the fenders with very stiff suspension so they won't touch the fenders at all.

i have 19x10 19x12 wheels.. they definitely wont fit stock body. youd probably want to go with a 245/40 front and 275/35/18 rear.

See how the rear is pulled I want that look just a bit more pull to fit the lines of the car a bit more. Its more of a different look cause I never seen a good pull on a SC with some Camber I think I can make it fit. And it will be on Bags for sure just so it gets the good stance when it goes low and cambers that and NYC is a B*TCH with potholes so need the bags to avoid loosing my kit lol.

It's worth a try. I just don't see 13" fitting even with a good pull. I think it'll need a widebody/flares to fit.
