Hey everyone.
I am about to make the big rim purchase BUT size is now the only thing holding me back.
The choices: 18x8.5f and 18x9.5r OR 19x8.5f and 19x0.5r
18's look good, 19's look perfect BUT...
With 19's, I am worried about RIDE QUALITY, BENDING/PANCAKING, cost of even more expensive tires....etc.
Please share 19" experiences + and -.
Thanx!
Ryan

I think you've answered your own question. 19's will have more expensive tires and be more susceptible to bent rims. Many have 19s and 20s and some do run into bent rim problems. Having said that, I bent my front right 18 by hitting a pothole too.
19s do look better, but I don't want to shell out that much on tires and be even more likely to get bent rims.

In Atlanta there's Wheel Wizard. They're pros.
