Default offset question, sorry!

guys, here are the specs, on 2GS oem brakes:
front: 19 x 8.5 +40. tires: 245/35-19
rear: 19 x 10 +48. tires: 275/30-19

are these abnormal offsets?
will these wheels stick out past the fender/wheel wells and need work?
any other comments will be great please.

They don't seem abnormal..they actually seem pretty high...

Should not stick out at all...

I think if the offsets were in the 10's or 20's...you should be worried about having it poke out...

You will more than likely not need any fender work with these. Unless you want that VIP look or if you are planning to slam the car, the specs are pretty good, i.e. not too aggressive and not too conservative (vs stock).

the goal is for exactly what you stated. thanks Neo! I was just concerned cause I've seen offsets with +38's in the fronts and was wondering if that'd be better (i'm not an offset expert ). Really dont want any part of the rim sticking out past the wheel well.
