18s dented for the third time!

Factory spec is 35PSI and if you search most people who have aftermarket rims go higher. I have 19's and I've had them at 40-41 PSI without any issues on my gs4 and now on my gs3.
Just so you know I'm running staggered 19's.
Front 245/35/19
Rear 275/30/19
32PSI is too low. I believe that is the root of your problem. Increase the PSI to 40 and you should be in a better place.

At 32 PSI, that is low for 245/40-18. Looking at the contact patch to rim distance on a weighted car, it seems like less than 2", a deep enough pothole will certainly have enough edge to compress the tire to the rim...at 80MPH...no doubt. If it's that bad...hopefully it didn't bend something in the suspension as well.
I'd suggest 17's.

psi
Is factory setting for 16s 32 psi and as you upsize, the psi setting should go up? is there a table?
I've now found that both are dented, right side, so have ordered another rim, there is also a slight bubble in tire, and having already bought one tire, I hope this tire will sit on new rim and be salvageable.

psi
Had to order another Pireli Pzero Nero M&S as well, but something interesting, TireRack said max psi is 51, so I should be going closer if not above 40 to be on safe side, and then adjust downward for comfort. Thoughts?
