Default AutoCouture Maginifique...new wheel...on a SC430...

Here's AutoCouture's new wheel...don't know if it's in production yet (but I think it is)...

It's on a SC with a 19"/20" setup (fronts are 19" and the rears are 20")...

Personally, I would definitely do 20" all around on a SC430...the 19's look a tad bit small on that body...but 19's on a old SC (300/400) would look perfect...

The car is a bit low but other than that, I looks pretty sick with the body kit!

...and finally, a side view...

I like how AutoCouture was able to take the idea of the Brabus Model 3 wheel (and the stock S-Class wheel) and make it look different enough where you recognize a resemblance, but it's not a "copy"...now if some of these other wheel manufactures would do that (rather than making knock-offs), the world would be a better place...

Hey welcome back man, how's your vacation? I am starting to like AutoCouture's line of wheels...I wish only if they would only make it more available here.

Hey Peter, my vacation was great! It was a big food orgy...non-stop food...I didn't want to leave!

As for the wheels, the are available here now...PM SupraTRD or call Steve Ganz and he'll get you hooked up...

Funny, the first thing I thought when I saw the picture was BRABUS, but you're right, they take a design and make it their own. It's an OK wheel but I would take the Supreme or Indicator over it. Thanks for keeping us informed. I'm suprised you didn't comment on the "too much surface area for chrome".

Zushwa - hehehe...I don't think I need to say the "too much chrome" thing anymore...I think everyone already knows!

JohnnySC - Ballpark...I'm going to GUESS (based on the price of their other wheels) to be from $800-$1200 retail depending on the size and finish.

I'm still waiting for more info (finish, all the sizes, prices, availability, etc..)

Those wheels are tight!

Manaray,

Could you work your magic and photoshop these wheels onto a LS430? I think these wheels would look sweet on an LS!

Thanks

I was just thinking the same thing.. This would look seriously sweet on a LS430 especially with all that lip.. The staggered sizes 19" front / 20" rear looks really nice on the SC430.. Suits its chunky features IMO..
