I'd recommend locking our stock wheels. It just adds another small level of deterrence. Just consider the hassle of finding your car sitting on it's brake rotors, and all the hours it would take to get that car back on the road.

and if the rotors are damaged when they "drop" your car on the floor or bricks? it will be a lot more than "hours"

i personally dont see a reason why not to have them.. just leave the key in the glovebox or somewhere else where it cannot get misplaced and its not that big of a deal..

TRD lugnut set $300! There you go dude! lol...

I keep a tool bag in my car and my wheel lock is in there and some basic tools, flashlight, etc. Hell with my BBS wheels, I also need a special adapter to put air in the tire. Without it, I can't put air in.

Wheel locks are pretty cheap compared to how much your rims/tires/TIME is worth. I bought a set to put on my TT rims just for peace of mind that it may deter some bone head.

I mean it doesnt hurt! I do a lot of work on my car and using the key isn't that big of a hindrance on getting a job done either.

Earlier someone said it took them an extra 15 seconds to take off their wheel lock with a socket well that's' a whole minute when taking four off and that's a lot of time to a thief if you think about it. Even if they get my rims maybe that one minute will help catch their @$$
