change a black faced rim like
and turn it into brilliant silver ![](http://www.nadwheels.com/wheels/Thum/NAD-4%20Silver2%20copy.jpg)
i dont know what powder-coating is, but is that how you could change the color? I found a great price on a black one but i had my heart set on the brilliant silver color. Also, any shops in the OC or LA county would be awesome

^^ I'm with 4nt. For the price that those Nad wheels go, you're better off just purchasing a new set in silver. It would probably be a lot less than buying a set in black and having a shop repaint them. Now if you were getting some HREs or Mayas or something at a very deep discount, then it would be a reasonable option. Check with d2autosports. The last time I checked, they had some very reasonable prices for those Nad wheels.
