How comfortable are the Pilot Sports A/S tires? Also, what is the tread wear rating on them? Trying to decide if i should go with these or the Pilot MXV4's for my needs. I have the Stock chrome 17's.

Thanks

I don't recall the treadwear rating on these but I had some on 17's and I would say they were the best riding tires I've ever had. I had about 35K miles on them when I traded the car and they were worn out.

The treadwear should be 400. I have them on my 05 mustang GT, and really like them. I was about to put them on my IS, but got a great deal on the PS2's so I went those instead.

they are one of the best tires i have had. they are all season with very good wear, and i think they have very good dry and wet traction

I had them on my supra. They are very nice. Very little sidewall flex. I can take corners without having the car push like some Nittos and other tires I've had in the past. Wet grip is also great, Very hard to break em loose but once you do, hang on.

The Sport A/S is a much better tire than the Pilot MXV4's across the board. If it were myself I'd definitely go with the Sports. Treadwear is 400 AA A, should see close to 35-40K on average.
