Do they fit Lexus and what are your thoughts about quality, etc.?

which model Ronal?

they are reputable wheel maker from europe....many well known tuners such as barbus wheels are from ronal..

...but Ronal usually makes some ugly wheels for themselves (like the "Teddy Bear" wheel)

I think it would pimp to put some of these in 21" on a LS430!

There was some girl in a VW Beetle crusing around here with those bear rims. What a joke those things are!

They are right, Ronal wheels are very high quality, but the designs are something else. Ronal manufactures the Brabus, Lorinser , AC Schnitzer type IIIs, just to name a few. They can make them, but they just can't make them.
