I know the lug pattern and offset will match but anyone know about the wheel hub? Thanks

Toyota wheels have a smaller hub bore than most of the other Japanese cars. The whees will fit on the bolt studs but they wont be sitting on the centre hub. You could probably use Honda wheels on a Toyota but not the other way around.
