Default What tires would you recommend

What brand and size tires should I get , mostly for comfort more than anything, but performance to a point as well? I really need an alignment BAD when my tires are straight the wheel is almost 90 degrees. So i figured if Im getting an alignment I should get tires as well so I can kill two birds with one stone. Oh this is an SC300

I did some research on this topic about a year ago. I really enjoy spirited driving and narrowed my choices to these three tires:

Kumho Ecsta MX

Falken Azenis

Yokohomo AVS ES100

I'm running yokohama s.drives on my supra wheels = love

it was between the s.drives and the azeni rt165's but the s.drives had a treadlife of 300 while the azenis had 200

Are the s drives that good on the sc? I know they are suppose to be the replacements for the AVS ES100 and those were ok. I thought something with a stiffer side wall would be nicer considering the weight of the SC.

Tires are so important that you should consider spending the extra money for good tires. I'm in the market for tires right now too since the ones on my car are so crappy. I'm looking at the bridgestone potenza RE960 AS pole positions, but I might get the S drives for now since I plan on replacing my stock rims and tires in the future.

I'm strongly considering Bridgestone's RE960 A/S as well...Living in NY, all season versatilty is a must..It has great reviews on all the sites I've been on (discount tire & tire rack)...And is ranked #1 in its respected category on Tire rack survery...Not to mention the 400 rated threadwear and its reasonably priced... It seems you can't go wrong with RE960..
