19 Axis Penta: Rub or No Rub?

Axis Penta Rims with Yokohama ES100 Tires

19x8.5 +35 wrapped in 245/35zr19 2 1/4" Lip (front)
19x9.5 +40 wrapped in 275/30zr19 3" Lip (rear)

On a 2GS, Rub or No Rub? Will I have to shave or roll? Oh yea, medium drop on Tein CS V.2

should be fine. i think lexus gs3 has +38 in rear and maybe same or 2-4mm higher in rear...save your money!!! do you really want axis?
