Default i changed my rims

i've changed my rims with different style but same size. i have a pair of nitto tires in the rear and potenza in front. i got them balanced. but the preoblem is that the steering wheel vibrates between 50 - 60 mph. the weird thing is that sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. i had it balanced thje second time but it still does the saame. what could be the problem? should i have it aligned or just put my stock rims back?
can anyone help?

Lightbulb

maybe you need the hub centering ring. This will get the wheel hub-centric to your rotor.
Most likely the balance is off. keep an eye on the balancing guy make sure the reading come out to be 0.00 -- 0.00
