Email me your order number and I will look in to it. No promises about the outcome though. FYI there are other brands like Bridgestone and Yokohama that have a 30 day "ride and try" type of warranty that is part of their factory warranty. Our position in this case is more about the manufacturer's warranty then anything else. Unfortunately, Goodyear doesn't have this as part of their standard warranty. Though the guy that said you have to loose the battle sometimes to win the war makes a good point.

Default Goodyear Eagle F1's: Update

In an effort to keep it fair, you all need to know that Tirerack is working with me to help me get the 215's for the rears. I went ahead and posted the 225's on ebay tonight as many of you recommended I try as well. Kudo's to Tirerack for calling me on New Years Eve night too. Totally didn't expect it.

I posted em up there for $220 figuring somebody might like a set with 312 miles on them for $80 off the set of two. 225/45ZR/17.

To be completely fair, I'll post the final resolution up here when it's all said and done, for those of you that care to know.

Default Update: Tire Rack came through.

Well like I said, once it was all resolved, I'd post the final update. Tire rack extended me the offer to let me purchase the 215's for 50% off if I still wanted them. Short story: I took their offer and they shipped em out today. I was able to sell the 225's with no problem on ebay over the weekend so it came out even!! Thanks to Penny at Tire Rack for helping me out the best she could and going the extra mile to call me with the offer. Kudos. Moral of the story: "Know exactly what you want the first time round."

Regards,
Ken

Nice job, Tire Rack! You went above and beyond what you should have done, based on your policy listed on your website.
