I lose like 5psi every week on my tires. Ever since winter started, I haven't took my car out at all, it just sitting outside in the cold. While the preesure is losing each week and i never put air ever since. Is it ok to let it sit there like that? I know if i wanna take it for a spin, i gotta put air in it.

On average, a tire will also lose 1 psi for every 10 degree ambient temperature drop... Plus tires can lose about 1 psi per month...
If it's been a couple months and the temperature has dropped, then sounds like you just might need some maintenance, IE refill the tires with air... especially if they are all even...
As mentioned, a tire with low air pressure just sitting is more likely to develop a flat spot, which can be annoying once you start driving the car again...
