Question Wheel/Tire Sizing Options

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I need some help from you experienced IS300 owners out there. Please spare this newbie from getting flamed.

I've been trying to decide between going with 18" or 19" wheels. Considering I drive a fair amount and don't want to break the bank for 19" tires every several months, I've decided to go with 18's. My top choice right now is the OZ Racing Nova II.

Below are the different configurations I'm considering and the questions I have for each of the options. Any help and input would be greatly appreciated.

- The car will be lowered 1.5 - 2".
- No fender rolling desired.

Option 1:
18 X 8 with 225/40/18 all around.
What is the recommended offset?

Option 2:
18 X 8 with 235/35/18 all around.
What is the recommended offset?
Will the front tires clear the fenders and suspension?

Option 3:
18 X 8, 225 or 235/40/18 (Front), 18 X 9, 245 or 255/35/18 (Rear)
What is the recommended offset?
Will the rear tire clear the fenders and suspension with either 245 or 255?

Thanks in advance!!!
