Okay so I am still waiting on my Summer Rims. Tires are in the garage already collecting dust

I have my (4) snow tires from Tire Rack on my car still. The new Michelin Alpina PA3 I think or something like that. They where brand new this last winter.

Anyway....Its ~ 70's now and wondering how bad is it to be on snow tires in this warm of weather. Looks like its going to be one more month before I see my rims so I will be in 70-80 degree weather. Good thing they are HP snow tires

Will I just burn the rubber faster on them Is it safe to ride on them in the heat

Thank you,

snow tires feel very squishy on hot pavement... its kinda disconcerting even, but they feel like the grip a ton at the same time, to an extent...

3-5 months is enough in hot weather to wear through a set of snow tires, depending on exact conditions... in a month, you would probably take 20-30% off of their life, and put them below 50%, where snow traction is going to start suffering...

The PA3s are of a soft rubber design to help grip in the cold temps.
They will only be more pliable in hot weather and will lose tread faster as you noted.
