What set-up is most popular for Aftermarket rims?

I am a noob at this so please dont kill me
I was wondering what was the most popular set up for Rims/Tires for the 2006 2IS?
Im looking into buying some rims but all these offsets are kinda confusing me.
If possible, Please explain while inputting.

I don't think one is more popular than another, all depends on your taste and style.
