auto couture wheels
Hey Manaray I was wondering if this is right. I was over at auto couture's website and was checking out their prices. I was expecting to find outrageous prices for their rims but instead found their 18" rims to be around 540-620 US Dollars. If their rims are this inexpensive why don't more people have them? What do you think about their quality?

AC makes good rims
if i am correct, you are referring to the AC misteres, right? if so, i heard that one of the cl guys here in scal will have a set soon on his GS
that model just debuted in japan not long ago...but their other wheels are on the higher end of the spectrum...still not bad of prices...

Yeah, the 1-piece Mistere's are a bit pricey IMO for a 1-piece cast wheel...you can get a 2-piece for that much (maybe not AutoCouture though)...their other wheels are in the $1000+ range in larger (20") sizes...that's why not many people have them. Plus, until recently, they haven't been easy to get...
The quality is top notch...I would do a set of AutoCouture wheels (the Supreme, Magnifique, or Indicator) with no problem...

so far AC supreme is my favorite. Price wised, they are very decent/reasonable if you can find a good importer who doesn't jack off the price.

Just curious are all AC wheels CAST or are some of them FORGED as well.. For example can someone tell me more about the Magnifique wheel.. (2 or 3 piece / Forged or Cast) ect ect.. I think I read that we can get these wheels now from Steve @ Carson can someone confirm that as well..
