I leased a 2009 rx 400 and a year later with 14000 my tires need replacement.
Why did I receive Goodyears?Do I have any appeals or guarantees I feel it lost its tread much too fast. what do I buy now?

Some come with Michelins and some come with Goodyears. Go back to the service department and complain. They may give you a discount on new ones.
