Yeah I know, I was trying to find it cheaper somewhere. The tires are 1.5 months old and I have got a very small nail hole with a very slow leak. I can't find anywhere who is willing to try and fix it probably because of liability. They would rather not take the $20 for the plug, then screw up and have to pay out $300 for a new tire. Bastards!! I am still in the process of arguing with them that they never offered me the "road hazard" warranty which would cover it. They say it is my fault. But thanks for the info, regardless!

Just go buy a tire plug at Chief, PepBoys, etc...it's like $10 for the kit....you just bore out the hole a little bit, then use the "used gum" stick to seal it (you poke it in with the included "T" shaped tool)...it's really easy...

I know about that, buyt how well does that reeally work. The tires are new and really dont want to have to buy a new one. And I can't find anywhere, and believe I have called everywhere that is willing to do it. Plus then you are making a larger hole than the one that is already there, does that make sense?

for simple holes, tire plugs work great. I did one on a Toyo tire that I had on my previous car and it worked perfectly...I changed the tire MANY miles later because the tread was gone...those things WELD themselves into the holes...
