They are not available in 18" actually
We can do the VS4 in 18" and its sort of similar. Pricing is over 1k per wheel though. Just to give you an idea

Yeah, not looking to drop quite that much at this time on this car. How about a quote for some Work Varianza T1S in the above size with a +35 front, +42 rear?
