Peter: the car looks terrific with the 19s on it...

I'm glad we changed the pad height on the front wheels- They wouldn't have cleared the big brakes otherwise (drawing from Jim @ Brembo confirmed this)!

BTW, that's the first CLK we've done with a 3" rear lip... it will now be a 'standard' HRE fitment.

Default clk wheels

Look good. First thing I thought of was an updated bimmer 850 look.

Secondly, I sold my clk430 as I didn't like it. Bought a gs400, now I just need to make it look a bit more distinctive as Plano, TX has more gs300's than anywhere IMHO.

Good thing I submitted that diagram....I knew RT's specs were off after I put the brakes on and the Lorinser wheels didn't fit! A quick measurement verified that 43mm was not enough backspacing. I think they corrected their specs now.
