My front tires on my GS400 are on their way out and am looking for some suggestions for new ones. Currently running Yokohama evs100s 245/35 tires on a 20", 8.5 wide, 38 offset rim. I am lowered on Megan coilvers and get slight rub when going up driveways at an angle. Someone suggested a 225/40 tire might be a better route. I am a noob when it comes to fitment. Any suggestions on a size and also a brand that is more rounded than squared, quiet, and a lasts long?
Thank you

the ES100's are very wide for their size... if you can't roll the fenders to prevent it from rubbing, then just try a different tire... I believe most of the cheaper branded tires are going to be a slightly narrower footprint, and some other mainstream tires, as well... Nittos, Falken, etc will all be narrower with a more rounded shoulder...
