Wheel still looks butt to me without the spinner. 10 spoke, with two bolts per spoke? They teach you in art class that odd numbers look the best (ie: three bolt, five spoke).

You know, if you really want to appeal to the ghetto trash of America, you should slap some neons on the tips of the spinner blades, and an indiglo hubcap. UFO style! Don't forget to add some disc-brake inserts to finish off the look, maybe they will spin synchronously with the windmill miniblinds...
