Volk Pics
Couple of things:
Bought from Wheel Kinetics (who rock) and installed at Discount Tire (who also rock). It took them 1 1/2 hr to install but there is no shimmy and no shake.
The 9" fronts leave absolutely *no* extra room on the suspension side of things, perhaps casper the ghost could squeeze through but that's it. I'm glad Volk claimed these work on the GS because otherwise I would have been worried after the test fitting. There is absolutely no rubbing though, went lock to lock and all is great.
The ride with the Pilot Sports is just as quiet and comfy as the OEM Bridgestones. I've defintely got more traction now. I can still break them loose.
My wife says I need to clean the car (LOL Dex). I'm doing a complete detail job in the next week or so and will then show off the results. For now please excuse the bugs and junk that accumulated on the ride from M.D. (yeah that's where all that dust in the engine bay came from, yeah....) And let me apologize for the crappy pics, no sun and I couldn't deinterlace the camcorder pics.
Oh yeah, did I say I like the looks?
That said here are the pics....

The wording on site seems backwards. In any case it is exactly what was needed.

Okay, update on the Discount Tire "rocks" bit. Well they did a good enough job on the initial install. Today though I fill up and check the air pressure and WTF... in a matter of days the air pressure has gone down to 20 lbs in one of the rear tires.
When I fill it up air is leaking out of the rubber gasket on the valve stem and from the stem itself.
Fill it up and take it in. The original installer over tightened the valve stem. The rubber gasket stretched and then simply started to leak.
I head home today after work figure I'll check the offending tire, no problem. Just for the heck of it I check the others and WTF one of the fronts starts doing the same damn thing. Back in the morning and this time they will check all three of the remaining wheels for problems. Only good part is this is all covered under their replacement/etc... plan.
Honestly the valve stem design seems to lend itself to problems when being filled up due to the pressing of an air hoses on it. Hoping this is the last of the problems with the AV3 valve stems.

Thus is why when I got my Euroline LS wheels I installed the valve stems myself so I know that they went in ok and not over tightened..
Guys who got the Work wheels please install the valve stems yourself if you see this.. Learn from Mr Johnson.. Thanks for sharing!
